Staying Busy

I know that it's been a longggggggg time since I've posted.
Life has been getting in the way, vacation, helping  friends move, finding out we are moving soon.  But I will be back in my crafty space and posting soon.

Here are some cards that all went to a great cause.  They were donated to be raffled off for a fundraiser.

Here I mades my own designer paper with the stamp set.

Once again stamp, stamp, stamp! Super easy and pretty too.

I know that I don't post often on here.  I really am a facebook girl.

If there is anything I can do to help you getting crafty, let me know.
Have a great day!!!

2 things...ok maybe 3

Here is a card that I CASED (copied) from another Stampin' Up! demo..
Super easy and festive.  The paper can be found in the Holiday Catalog (126904).  Love that there is so many differnet paterns to choose from, and if you don't use it all for Christmas  they can be used all year long.

Secondly I am all about storage.... I got this idea off of pinterest!!! Sucks out too much of my time :)  It's  storing the framlits, I picked up some magnetic sheets from the 100 yen store and cut them to fit the plastic sleeve that they come in.  Then I cut some retired dsp to show case the framelits.......Love it!!!!

So the last card that I posted has been bugging me since I posted...So i went back and fixed it :)

It's amazing what a simple layer will do.....

Perfectly Preserved

So I have been working and making so many cute cards.....But my computer is acting up and I load the pics onto the computer but when I try to find them to add to blogger they are no where to be found :( So here one pic.....If anyone knows me they know that I love mason jars....so this stamp is perfect for me.  I used it to make a name plate for our front door.  We live in old military housing  and every door has a place to put your name.

Hope everyone is having a crafty day!

Vacation is over :(

We had a lovely 2 week vacation on the island of Oahu. Lots of good food and friends....love the weather there.  I'm so lucky to have lived there twice in my husbands Marine Corps career.  I did get alot crafty before we took off.

This is for my virtual roomie. I joined a a group VCROCKS! Our floor is the Summer Starfruit (one of the new in colors) I was on the fence about this color but paired with Rich Razzleberry and Night of Navy....lovely!

This is another card going to my roomie....all products are retired but love the layout.

Hope you have had time to get crafty!

Lots of Pic's

This is using the Summer Smooches fabric.  I have a great friend who is a seamstress, so with her help and a pattern from online I made this Awesome iPhone holder.  The red fabric is a pocket for my id or credit card.
Keyring so I can clip on my keys.  Sometimes I hate carrying a purse and this is so light and easy.

This card is for my Japanesse student who loves Sponge Bob :)

These are for a swap....lots of card fronts to give other Stampin' Up! demo's an idea.
The duck comes from the stamp set Easy Events #2

This card is for a dear friend that just lost her dad.

Last one....a just because card.

I know it's been awhile but I have been busy in my craft space and I'm loving it.
Thanks for stopping by.

Summer Smooches

Here is our new door wreath and name plate.
Close up of the wreath.  I made the yo-yo's from Stampin' Up! fabric.  It's the first time that I ordered some and it's great!  I think I want to make a camara bag with it next....it's on my to-do list :) So not sure when that will actually happen.  Need to check out some fabric stores here in Okinawa, Japan to see if I can find the foam.

I can't believe that once again it has been forever since I posted....I have been busy with lots of things but need to get on the ball with this blog.

Hope everyone has alittle time each day to enjoy some crafty time!!
Thanks for stopping by,

Summer Smooches

The 1st card I made has a brad on it but I wanted to make one for OWH so I didn't want the bulk.  Super easy to change it up.

Dates to remember

May 31- last day to order retiring stamps, end of current catalog.
June 1- Launch of the new 2012-2013 Catalog
