2 things...ok maybe 3

Here is a card that I CASED (copied) from another Stampin' Up! demo..
Super easy and festive.  The paper can be found in the Holiday Catalog (126904).  Love that there is so many differnet paterns to choose from, and if you don't use it all for Christmas  they can be used all year long.

Secondly I am all about storage.... I got this idea off of pinterest!!! Sucks out too much of my time :)  It's  storing the framlits, I picked up some magnetic sheets from the 100 yen store and cut them to fit the plastic sleeve that they come in.  Then I cut some retired dsp to show case the framelits.......Love it!!!!

So the last card that I posted has been bugging me since I posted...So i went back and fixed it :)

It's amazing what a simple layer will do.....

OWH Throwdown......getting back in the groove :)

Most of the time when I make a card I make another for Operation Write Home
It's a great cause, homemade cards sent in boxes to our troops so they can send them home to their loved ones.

This is an aniversary card that I'm going to send to them.....hopefully someone will be very happy to recieve this in their mail box.

I have been very busy on some custom orders...a lovely couple wanted some wedding announcements to send to family and friends

She loved them, which makes me very happy!

The triple stamp technique that is the latest craze....Love It!!!

Don't ever forget the envelope, it's the finishing touch

I saw this on Pintrest and had to try....I will be sending this card to Operation Write Home.  This is a great non-profit that sends handmade cards to troops.  Hopefully you will check it out.

Summer Smooches

The 1st card I made has a brad on it but I wanted to make one for OWH so I didn't want the bulk.  Super easy to change it up.
This is the Summer Smooches line from Stampin' Up! I wasn't sure about it when I first saw it but now that I have it in my hands I LOVE it!!!! This new line is going to be in the New Catalog.

Dates to remember

May 31- last day to order retiring stamps, end of current catalog.
June 1- Launch of the new 2012-2013 Catalog

Color Challenge

I'm getting back in the swing of things....seems like there is an curvy cycle to me being crafty.  We have been back from vacation and I have organized my craft room.  Which is helping with the creativity process and me wanting to be in my happy room :)

Over at Operation Write Home they are having a color challenge.  Black and white with a pop of color.  It was super fun using my old stash....I go back in forth with wanting to just get rid of my non Stampin' Up! supplies or using what I have and slowly building up my Stampin' Up goodies.
So this card is from my stash.....

Also this week OWH had a post on craft spaces and organizing......LOVE it!!!!
Here our a couple pics that make me happy about my space.  This is what I have been working on the last couple days...file folders with all the SU colors of cardstock...I saw this on pintrest and knew that I had to do it.

Next is my ribbon and mason jars....I have posted this pic before but it really does just make me smile.

Hope everyone is able to have some craty time that makes you happy.

OWH mid week challenge

Operation Write Home has a mid week throwdown.  This week they have challenged thier cardmakers to put a bug on their card.  I knew tht I had to use a digi from a site called melon headz......It was one of the first digi's I printed out.  I know this card is very valentiney but I would love a love card anytime of the year :)

I have kinda lost my mojo since someone stold my wreath off my front door.  I'm sure it was just kids being kids but ughhhhhhh.....kinda got me in a funk.

On a brighter not my son got the instrument he wanted to play in his band class......I'm gonna need earplugs.  He got percusion!!!!
                                                          Next stop drums?????

Thanks for stopping by.  Hope everyone is having a crafty day......

Operation Write Home Sketch #83

At Operation Write Home they are having a great challenge. Here is the sketch..... It is another great sketch, that can get you to use up your scraps.  This is a card made with all Stampin' Up! products.

Love how with Stampin' Up! all the colors match.  So I know what solid colors will match perfectly with the Desinger Series Papers.  They are on sale this month Buy 3 get one free.....I'm stocking up but shhhhh don't tell hubby.

Today I also made this card for my Granny.   On the inside it says "thinking of you" just like the first photo.  I try to send her a card every couple of weeks.  Having fun in Okinawa, Japan but missing loved ones.

Thanks for stopping by,  have a great crafty day!!!

Lovening these inchies!!!!   The postage stamp punch is from Stampin' Up! So is the 24-7 stamp set Pretty Postage.   I cased this card from a fellow demo on Stampin Connection.  The paper was from my scrap stash...great way to use it up.

Operation Write Home Sketch #82

Here is my take on the sketch over at OWH.  I love the colors on this  paper it is CTMH that I have had a while.   The cards didn't take anytime to put together.  So I have more in the works tweaked just a little of course :)

It is a short one today.  Hope you all have a great day
